Dr. Karen Kingsley, professor emerita of Tulane University’s School of Architecture, is editor-in-chief of the Society of Architectural Historians’ Buildings of the United States series and co-editor of the Society’s digital publication, SAH Archipedia. She has published widely on Southern architecture, including Buildings of Louisiana (Oxford University Press, 2003) and (co-authored with Guy W. Carwile) The Modernist Architecture of Samuel G. and William B. Wiener, Shreveport, Louisiana, 1920-1960 (Louisiana State University Press, 2016).

A reception will be held prior to the lecture in the Favrot Lobby at 5 pm. The lecture will begin at 6 pm. This event is free and open to the public.

*AIA credits will be offered for this lecture.
