Give Back: Ways to help our community

Looking for ways to give back to the greater New Orleans community?

Listed below are some opportunities to do so. If you would like to submit giving opportunities, please email us at info@aianeworleans.org

Second Harvest

AIA New Orleans partners Second Harvest Food Bank are seeking more volunteers in this unprecedented time of need. We encourage you to follow the link below to learn how you can help. Watch this space for upcoming information about Canstruction 2020! We will be bringing the event back this year with a few changes to adapt to the COVID-19 crisis. The Blood Center

If you are able to hold a blood drive on your premise, please let The Blood Center know. The Blood Center is not able to bring out the bloodmobiles due to social distancing. So, the blood drive would have to be held inside your facility with a minimum of 25 donors signed up, preferably online. If you cannot hold a blood drive, you can donate at one of their donor centers throughout the New Orleans metro area. Click here for more information about blood donation

GNOpivot

GNOpivot is a initiative by GNO Inc. to organize community resources. If your firm has a 3D printer and you’re interested in supporting healthcare workers and other people on the frontlines, please visit the GNOpivot page and register with them. They are collecting a growing list of local organizations who are creating materials that will help flatten the curve. Click here to add your firm to the list
