CSI Seminar

We have a terrific seminar lined up to kick-off our annual Products Show. This seminar will feature a demonstration of installation of a membrane waterproofing around a rough opening by Thomas Harris with OSI, a division of Henkle Corp. Chris Clement with Southern Walls and Windows will discuss the challenges and detailing of joining the membrane waterproofing and the drainage paths integral with aluminum framed glazed systems.

Program begins at 2:30 PM and ends at 4:30 when the Products Show opens at the Second Floor of the Delgado Community College Student Center (#23 on the map: http://www.dcc.edu/images/about/cp/CityParkMap.jpg)

The Seminar Learning Objectives are as follows:

1. Proper installation of membrane waterproofing at openings.

2. Techniques of tying waterproofing membranes into glazed systems.

3.  Detailing and installation of sill pans at windows and storefronts.

4.  Detailing and installation of sill pans at curtainwalls.

The donation by each attendee is a minimum of $ 40.00. Donations to CSI New Orleans Chapter can be made by cash, check, or credit cards at the door. Reservations are encouraged.
