AIA New Orleans is proud to present another tour in our monthly building tour series. 

This month we are reviewing two small home projects that were renovated with various incentives offered through city programs.  Architect Donald Maginnis, AIA, architect on the project, will lead a powerpoint presentation of the project renovation and incentives utilized on the project.  Mr. Maginnis received the houses from the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority, and has implemented state and federal tax credits and HVAC Hero tax credits in this project. 

Elliot Perkins of the Historic District Landmarks Commission will also be present to speak about the project and incentives available for these types of development.
